The MTP loopback contains MTP fiber optic cable configured in a loopback arrangement, with both ends terminated in an MTP connector to create a continuous light path within the same connector. This configuration enables testing of device launch capacity and receiving sensitivity, particularly in 40/100G network communications. Available in multiple optical fiber configurations accommodating 8-core, 12-core, and 24-core MTP connectors to match various test port requirements. The 12F MTP Fiber Loopback Module specifically allows verification and testing of transceivers featuring MTP interfaces for 40GBASE-SR4 QSFP+ or 100GBASE-SR4 devices.
