12 Fibers MPO OM4 Fiber Optic Loopback Module for 40/100G Network Testing

The MPO loopback contains MPO back ring jumping lines in the LOOPBACK configuration, with both ends of the fiber terminated into an MPO connector to create a light path within the same connector. This enables testing of device launch capacity and receiving sensitivity, particularly in 40/100G network communications. By returning signals, it helps locate various potential issues and enables effective testing and evaluation of individual components or interfaces within fiber optic networks.

Optical fiber loopback circuits are available in multiple configurations to accommodate 8-core, 12-core, and 24-core MPO connectors with various fiber configurations for comprehensive port testing. The 12F MPO Fiber Loopback Module specifically allows verification and testing of transceivers featuring MPO interfaces for 40GBASE-SR4 QSFP+ or 100GBASE-SR4 devices.

MPO Loopback modules provide a looped signal to test transmit and receiving functions. They are widely used within testing environments, especially in parallel optics 40G and 100G networks.
